Pissed Consumer Interviews ?

i'VE TAKEN MY VEHICLE TO 3 NISSAN DEALERSHIPS AS MY GAS MILEAGE IS FAR BELOW WHAT IS ADVERTISED. I GET 14.2 IN THE CITY AND 24 MPG ON THE HIGHWAY WITH A 4 CYLINDER ROUGE MY 2002 FORD EXPEDITION GOT BETTER GAS MILEAGE. I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THESE ISSUES. THERE IS A WEBSITE WITH MANY DISGRUNTLED ROUGE OWNERS SUFFERING SIMILAR MPG. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO CORPORATE I WAS TOLD AS LONG AS THE CAR RUNS THEN THEY DO NOT CARE. THEY BLAMED EPA FOR THE MPG FIGURE. WELL SALES USES THE MPG NUMBERS TO SELL CARS. ACTUAL ADVERTISED MILEAGE 23 CITY 28 HIGHWAY I GET 14.2 CITY 24 HIGHWAY. I CALLED USA CUSTYOMER SERVICE AGAIN TODAY. I WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING AS I WENT AS HIGH AS I COULD AND ALSO SOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE DEALERSHIP

Nissan Usa - Rotor replacement

I have nissan quest 2011, i have been told at my local service that the rotor cannot be replced because it glued or wilded on it by the manufacturer. If this is true, nissan should be responsible for any accidents causing the driver becuase rotor hasn’t been replaced since we bought the vehicle.

Nissan Usa - Dishonest service & got criticized

I will no longer continue service nor purchase a car from Nissan ever again in Albany, Ny @ Destination Nissan. The manager was no where to be found and the service dept(Eric), was not letting me talk to him(Tony). I was criticized with harsh words, which was very unprofessional. I declined service due to the dishonesty & disrespected.
