Terrible service and rip off customers

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I have a 2014 Nissan Juke the transmission has gone out. Nissan wants 3,900 to replace it. I’ve taken immaculate care of this car. Every time I take it in to get serviced I’m paying 300 to 400 to get a belt replaced or a battery or filter. That is on top of my car payment ! I found a place to fix transmission for less than half that plus they give me a rental and free tow. I don’t get any of that through Nissan just ripped off. Totally disgusted with Nissan ! This is my 3 rd car from them and will be my last

Issue with my nissan

Nissan USA - Issue with my nissan
August 3rd we had a very bad rain storm in Pennsylvania it rained in my car through the passenger front door when I took it to Nissan they explain to me it was a Manufacturing problem the door seals were never placed in them this is the reason why the rain came into my car soaking my carpet with about almost 2 in of rain water in my car in my door now instead of them replacing the car carpet they shampooed it which still smells horrifying and it's mildew I'm explaining to them they need to replace the carpet because the smell is horrendous they're telling me that even though it was a manufacturing problem I have to pay for this this is not my problem I didn't buy the car like this this is a brand new car with only 20,000 miles on it it needs to be replaced the carpet needs to be replaced I should not have to pay for anything not a filter not the carpet nothing because had those seals been in that door none of this would have ever happened

Terrible!!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
my wife and i purchased a nissan sentra at the walnut creek, ca dealership, we decided to purchase the car, but doing so we asked serval times does the car come with two keys, they gave us the run around, my wife went back to the dealership thinking they had the key for us, but they said we had to pay $220 for a second key!!! really???? every car I've purchased always came with two keys, and I've had many cars, why would we have to pay $14,995 for the car plus $220 for a second key?? they mentioned they are giving us their employee discount and that they couldn't help us. this was a shock, terrible customer service, and this is after we purchased the car with extra warranty on it, had we known this i would of never purchased the car.

Nissan USA is immune to the law!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I have battled with Thoroughbred Nissan and Nissan USA for over two years. After months of trying to convince Consumer Protection Agencies and government officials to open an I investigation on Nissan dealerships, l am convinced my efforts have all been in vain. There isn't an agency that has the guts to take on this unscrupulous corporation.

Consumer fraud protection laws don't apply to Nissan. Unfortunately, Nissan is well aware of this.

This company continues to scam consumers out of thousands of dollars. They sell defective, unsafe vehicles placing everybody on the road at risk. They don't honor thier warranties or inspections. Consumers are forced to trade in their piece of junk Nissan, resulting in yet another financial strain on the consumer.

The only way to stop this company is too warn as many consumers as possible. Don't buy NISSAN!

I have been going through the same thing repeatedly for a year now. Bought a brand new 2017 Nissan Rogue here in Houston from Tom Peacock Nissan.

The car has been in the shop a total of 9 times. Currently been in the shop now a few days from three weeks. Brakes, struts, alignment, warped grill (manufacturer defect) rough idle due to exhaust system hose, rotors turned ( 3rd attempt replaced rotors and brakes all the way around), crash sensor, seat sensor, screen cracked without impact to it. So many issues.

Being repaired this time again lower bar, struts and noise they haven’t figured out what’s causing it.

I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired. Time from work, frustrated, paranoid, just sad shame this is nationwide and being taken so casually and carelessly.

Rotor replacement

I have nissan quest 2011, i have been told at my local service that the rotor cannot be replced because it glued or wilded on it by the manufacturer. If this is true, nissan should be responsible for any accidents causing the driver becuase rotor hasn’t been replaced since we bought the vehicle.

Efforts aborted

First off, im not a pissed customer i just have a question about towing. I need a reliable answer, and the employees of the dealership where i purchased the car got many facts wrong so i dont want to ask them. You do not need my social security number for me to ask a question. I hung up.

Headlight condensation damage on 2016 Nissan Maxima

I have one headlight that has condensation and needs to e replaced. My vehicle is a 2016 Nissan Maxima with 18,000 approximate mileage. The headlight should not be bad on a vehicle of this age and mileage. I would like the headlight replaced by Nissan. I checked with a Nissan Dealer near me and they said I needed to contact Nissan directly. I notice you have some bad reviews regarding issues that need to be resolved. I have never had this happen to any other vehicle I have bought. I feel Nissan should repair this headlight since the vehicle is nearly new.

I would appreciate hearing from you regarding this matter.

Sorry to hear of your CVT problem. You're not alone.

Lots' of us have the same issue. My 2007 Nissan Altima they replaced CVT under warrantee. The replacement failed 59K miles later and they won't assist again.

Their CVT trans have issues. They don't care and they lost me as a customer.

Nissan Dealership Finance Fraud

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I drove from San Diego to Buena Park Nissan dealership to purchase a vehicle that saw online. Finance manager and sale manager told me if I do not choose to finance through them for two months they will not honor their price that I saw online.

I told them that I am approved by a credit union with a low rate and I don't have to finance through them. They pressure me to finance through them with a 6.9 percent APR for two months but I got approved from my credit union 3 percent APR. I told the finance manager that I don't see the sale contract stated that I need to finance two months through them. He told me it just a verbal agreement deal for the car price.

I told him to go over the sale contract but he keep pressuring me to sign the contract and didn't go through all the line items on the sale contract with me. I spoke to my credit union the next day and told them what happened. They told me the sale contract did not stated that I have to finance through the dealer. I tried to call the dealership finance department many times with no success.

Then, I called accounting and they said the finance manager does not want to help any customer today. At that moment I felt I was not a value Nissan customer.

I am a new Nissan customer and this is my first time buying a Nissan car at the dealership. I would like to be a long-term Nissan customer but this was a very bad experience for me at the Buena Park Nissan dealership.
