08 Nissan Altima 3.5SE Coupe dead after 20 hours

NISSAN USA complaint by Allenking
I bought a 2008 Nissan Altima 3.5SE Coupe and after having it for 20 hours and having driven it 68 miles the engine is "blown". Nissan will not replace the vehicle, only replace the engine. That, and I quote "is Nissan's Consumer Affairs final decision". So I basically have bought a $33,000 used car that has already been partially dissembled before I was able to even able to show it off to anyone. I had it for 20 hours, the Nissan has had it for 10 days as of this writing.

contact your consumer affairs department in your state. also try to find out the lemon laws. cause if you still have problems after 3 attempts at repairing the issue then you can recover allot. Also did they give you a replacement car meanwhile?

whether you like it or not when you drove it over the curb it becacame a used car and the manufactures only responsibility to the consumer is to replace a defective part not the whole car-sorry thats the way it is with any car co.
